Web development, research programming, and data visualization

Welcome to my site!

It is an archive of selected work mostly related to my time with the Laboratory for Applications of Remote Sensing in Ecology (LARSE) and the Environmental Monitoring, Analysis, and Process Recognition Lab (eMapR) at Oregon State University.

The theme of my work is to make data easier to collect, use, and interpret. In a nutshell, I am programmer who creates web visualizations, wrangles data, processes satellite imagery, and makes figures and maps for publication. I have experience with JavaScript, Python, R, and IDL.

Outside of writing code, I like playing guitar, trout fishing, and adventures.
